The opening ceremony of “435 FUN Amusement Park” was planned and executed by MOCS Event & PR Company, covering everything from site inspection and ceremony planning to on-site setup. For a special highlight, the ceremony featured a “flower-opening celebratory ball.” As the ribbon was pulled together by the participants, it marked the official opening of the amusement park.

MOCS Event & PR Company was responsible for the hardware planning and stage setup of this event.

Stage Area: A simple yet sturdy stage measuring 600cm (W) × 360cm (D) × 30cm (H) was built, covered with a red carpet to enhance the overall atmosphere. This served as the main area for guest speeches and the opening performance by Xinyue Kindergarten.

Tents & Facilities: Considering both weather conditions and functional needs, two 3-meter tents and three 6-meter tents were installed, providing cover for the stage area, VIP area, and working area.

Lighting & Sound: Professional-grade audio equipment and sound engineers were deployed to ensure that every performance and guest speech was delivered clearly. To meet photography and media recording needs, additional front lights were installed to improve brightness and enhance visual quality.

Event Host: The ceremony was hosted by Sophie, a professional emcee from MOCS, who skillfully managed the entire flow—from welcoming guests, opening remarks, and VIP introductions to guiding the celebratory ball ceremony. With her warm and energetic tone, she created a natural and child-friendly atmosphere.

Reception Staff: Elegant reception staff were assigned to assist in guiding VIPs, elevating both the quality and orderliness of the event.

Despite the challenges of unfavorable weather, the MOCS team swiftly adjusted the hanging method of the celebratory ball to ensure its safety and stability when suspended on the playground equipment. This not only demonstrated the team’s adaptability on-site but also reflected our commitment to a safety-first professional approach. Even in wind and rain, we successfully carried out the opening ceremony of 435 Children’s Amusement Park, delivering a safe, smooth, and memorable event.
